Irene Llorca, Emma Calvo i José Guerrero, tres creatius de Barcelona, han impulsat el Covid Art Museum, una museu d'art virtual on s'exposen obres creades durant aquests dies de confinament i inspirades amb la crisi del coronavirus.
Aquesta galeria d'art virtual, exposada en un compte d'Instagram, pretén donar visibilitat a totes aquelles creacions que la quarantena està inspirant i donar visibilitat als mateixos artistes. Cada dia reben una cinquantena d'obres d'arreu del món, a través de l'etiqueta #CovidArtMuseum o per correu electrònic, i tot i procedir de llocs molt diversos, la majoria d'elles tenen molts elements en comú, relacionats amb els sentiments o les vivències que senten en aquests moments els creatius.
Els impulsors del projecte ja estan pensant a traslladar-ho en una exposició física, quan la situació ho permeti. I també es plantegen fer un e-book gratuït perquè tothom pugui consultar totes les obres.
